Sadolin Classic is a durable, translucent wood protection, which absorbs deeply into the timber to provide exceptional protection against the weather. Sadolin Classic is particularly effective on large timber areas such as cladding, fascias and rough sawn timber.
Sadolin Classic provides a matt finish and gives effective protection against blue stain and surface moulds.
Preparation Please ensure that the wood is clean and dry. It is recommended to carry through a trial application before start as the final colour will depend on the original colour, the condition of the timber and the number of coats applied. Clean resinous wood with cellulose thinners before application.
Application Stir well before and during application and apply by soft brush. Do not apply at temperatures below 5?C and do not thin. Two coats (minimum) are recommended on new wood.
Drying Time Touch dry: 4-6 hours. Repainting: Suitable for repainting in 12 – 24 hours.
Coverage Approximately 15-18m2/litre on planed wood.
Cleaning Clean the brushes immediately after use in white spirit.
Important Information Protect from frost.
Shelf life: (Unopened) at least 5 years from production date.
