Sadolin Samba

Sadolin Samba is a hard wearing, clear solvent borne lacquer, suitable for wooden floors or other interior areas subject to normal to high wearing. Sadolin Samba contains a UV-filter to reduce the yellowing of the wood thus to maintain the beauty of the wood. Sadolin Samba is available in two different gloss levels, semi-gloss and gloss and extremely suitable for dark wood species. Sadolin Samba provides a surface that is very resistant to wear, chemicals and strong household detergents.

Preparation
Previously treated floors where the finish is in good conditions only need to be sanded lightly before the application of Sadolin Samba as long as the surface is free from grease, polish etc. If the previous floor finish contains wax, has been damaged or is very uneven, the floor should be sanded back to bare wood. All resinous wood has to be treated immediately after sanding to bare wood.

Application
New timber or surfaces sanded back to bare timber should be primed with a coat of Sadolin Samba thinned with white spirit in the ratio of 1 part white spirit to 9 parts Sadolin Samba. Stir well before and during application and apply with a brush or roller. Do not apply at temperatures below 5?C. Apply 2-3 coats depending on the finish and the durability required.

Drying Time
Touch dry: 4-6 hours. Repainting: Subsequent coats can be applied after 8-10 hours.

Coverage
Approximately 8-10m2/litre on planed wood.

Cleaning
Clean the tools immediately after use in white spirit and afterwards in soapy water.
